you are using Internet Explorer® as your browser:
- Open a browser window
- In the tools menu, go to ‘Internet Options’
- Go to the ‘privacy’ tab
- Set your privacy settings to medium or lower
- Go to the ‘advanced’ screen
- Make sure ‘override automatic cookie handling’ is NOT checked
- Hit ‘ok’
